Technology

We use special alloy steel as raw materials for core components such as core and shoes. Use advanced multifunctional heat treatment furnaces. The entire heat treatment process is automatically controlled to ensure the quality and stability. After carburizing heat treatment, the mold hardness can reach to HRC60-64, depth of carburized layer ≥ 1.5mm. The 1.5mm thick carburizing layer provides sufficient wear resistance for the mold.

● The upper mold frame is made of Q235B carbon structural steel to ensure structural stability.
● The mold frame is made of Q355B high-strength structural steel to ensure the overall strength of the mold.
● The core and shoes are made of low-carbon special alloy steel to ensure the high hardness and wear resistance of the mold.

● The molds for paver bricks, unipaver bricks, hexagonal bricks, and other paver bricks are processed using a single piece of steel through wire cutting, ensuring sufficient strength of the molds when used under the strong vibration force of the brick machine.
● The molds for curbstones and hollow blocks, are processed using high-precision assembly technology to ensure smooth demolding of high-quality concrete products.

Flatness of the entire board: ≤ 0.5 mm
Length and width deviation of the lower mold cavity (single cavity): -0.3+0.3 mm
Height (filling depth) deviation of the lower mold cavity: ±0.5 mm
Dimension deviation of upper mold shoes chamfer width and height: ±0.2 mm
Draft angle (one side): ensures unobstructed product demolding
