Ocean Mold manufactures brick machine molds with heating plates, solving low-temperature wet material production challenges

Winter has arrived, temperatures have dropped, and cold environments pose numerous challenges for brick production. During cold weather or when using wet materials, mold pressure plates are prone to issues like condensation, material sticking to the brick surface, and freezing pitting, severely impacting production efficiency and product quality. To effectively address these production challenges, Ocean Mold offers brick machine molds with heating plates. Our temperature control technology enables efficient, low-temperature production during winter while ensuring consistent quality.

The heating plate molds feature a temperature control box that precisely regulates the upper and lower mold plates, maintaining a stable temperature of 30-40°C. In cold environments, this effectively prevents condensation on mold plates due to excessive cooling, avoiding defects like material adhesion and pitting on brick surfaces caused by moisture buildup. Even when processing wet materials, the heating function reduces material stickiness and minimizes membrane formation, ensuring smooth demolding. It also prevents surface freezing and premature hardening of bricks at low temperatures, enhancing product quality. The entire temperature control process is precisely adjustable, adapting to varying climatic conditions and material states to meet customer production requirements.

Ocean Mold remains customer-centric, with our heated plate brick machine molds resolving challenges in low-temperature and wet material production scenarios. Moving forward, we will introduce more high-quality molds tailored to practical customer needs, empowering clients to produce premium products!
